Conscious Sedation

Dental anxiety and dental phobias plague many patients. The oral cavity is a sacred place, and it is possible that past negative experiences with other providers or some other deeply rooted fear could make you dread going to the dentist. Don’t worry – this is completely common and manageable.

At Regent Avenue Dental Centre, we want you to be as comfortable as possible throughout your procedure. That’s why we offer conscious sedation to our patients. Whether you need oral medication to alleviate your fear or nitrous oxide sedation, you’ll be more relaxed, and we’ll be able to complete your treatment. You’ll be completely conscious and alert throughout the entire procedure. We also welcome the use of headphones or ear buds if that will help you to relax.

Whether you need your regular dental cleaning or have experienced a dental problem, we are here to help. Call us at Regent Avenue Dental Centre today.
